Dr. Chen and her staff were very easy to work with. They are accommodating for appointments and provide regular treatment feedback. They are very friendly and professional.

Through the whole process of receiving Invisalign with Jean Chen, she was of the utmost of help. My 2 sons have been treated by Dr. Chen since about 2016, first with Phase 1 treatment and now with Phase 2 treatment. We have been impressed with her kindness, communication and the treatment itself. Erika at the front desk is also a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend Dr. Chen's office!

Very personable down to the minute you walk in the door, makes you feel at home and comfortable with the process. My kids have always had a great experience with the whole team.

Dr. Chen is a real professional w/ lots of knowledge. She makes the parent calm and confident in what she is doing. My kids was always looking forward for the appointment w/ Dr. Chen since they were so fast and painless.

I am so very happy with my overall experience with this place. The care my daughter received was the best. I could not ask for more. Very easy to set up appointment times. They were always willing to answer any questions i had and provide good information. I drive an hour to and from my appointment and it was worth every trip and I would do it a again.
