In an effort to accommodate diverse schedules we offer therapy at convenient hours including days/evenings/weekends to best serve you. Our goal initially and throughout our time together is to create safety for you as we explore the past, present, and future. Our therapists work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents focusing on diverse concerns. You can decide the format that fits your needs whether it be individual/couples/family therapy, group therapy, intensive sessions (2-4 hours), or weekend workshops. Individual, Couples, Family Therapy: Specialties include Couples Therapy, Grief and Loss, Adolescent and Family Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Infertility and Reproductive Care, Faith Transitions. Intensive Therapy (longer sessions: approx 3-4 hours), Couples Workshops based on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
