        Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Sierra at Scottsdale offers personalized outpatient treatment for adults who are struggling with mental health concerns. Our facility provides two levels of outpatient care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP), allowing clients to directly enter, step up from traditional outpatient services or step down from residential or inpatient treatment. Clients at each level of care participate in individual therapy and a variety of group sessions. Each person who heals with us benefits from personalized treatment that reflects their needs, strengths and goals and focuses on healing the mind, body and spirit
