        Terrible experience withis company. Tried to tell us we absolutely had to have our ducts sealed at cost of $2800. Tried to say we needed new filter after we had just bought one. Charged us $250 to blow out coils on 7 month old $5500 air cond we bought from them. This after they told us they were coming out for ou "free" service call.VERY high pressure service man who made us show him proof we bought unit from them.

        I was less than happy with the service man they sent. Right away he said I needed Freon, before he even started the service call, and it went up from there rapidly. Then, he just said he would not do anything and drove away. I will probably not use this Co. ever. NO STARS from me.

        These guys came to my place and found a bad part in outside unit. Instead of charging an arm and leg for replacement they just fixed it for me and charged labor and for the part. Great service and customercare will definitely use them for maint in future.
