Lexus Santa Monica Service

I normally go the Jim Falk of Beverly Hills to get my car serviced. I thought I would try Santa Monica Lexus. What a wonderful treat! George was my service guy, he was so nice and accommodating. He got my car in and out. Washed and pretty again.
They're customer lounge was beautiful and inviting. Loved the nice touch of cookies, bagels and cream cheese, coffee, lattes, etc. it was great.
I would definitely recommend Santa Monica Lexus service.

I visited this Lexus service center for the first time, and I had an excellent experience! I have been happy with the local Honda dealership for the past several years, so I wondered how Lexus would compare. Instantly, I was impressed with the level of friendliness, courtesy, and amenities. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly associate (Eddie) who was kind enough to show me around and introduce me to a helpful parts manager (Eric). I even met the service manager (Daniel) who couldn't have been nicer. During my visit, they took care of me -- and my car. I feel confident this staff strives for superior customer service, so I will gladly recommend the Santa Monica Lexus Service Center, and I will certainly return to this location in the future.
