I went through six helicopters from here. All crap. Swapped one for a car. The car was dead out if the box. Schmuck working there wouldn't give my money back, only exchange. After seven dead vehicles, they should refund. Guy was a total punk. My advice, stay far away from this place. They sell junk. One kid was good with returning, this last guy, not so much. Hence the crap review.

Bad return policy, bad customer service and a rip off store. Stay away

The Customer service Sucks here. The owner and staff do not know how to keep customers at all I will not be spending my money in this store and I urge you not to spend your money in there either. I was prepared to spend over $400 in this store but the Owner and staff were so overly upset about the fact that the item we were EXCHANGING had a small scratch on the pellet clip, because of their rude behavior I decided that we were not exchanging the item we now would return and NEVER shop there again. My son and husband had planned to purchase a lot of air soft in the coming year now I have forbidden them from going in this store ever again. I will be telling my friend and relatives about his store to warn them of this rude owner and staff. This business deserves a ZERO and NO Stars.

The staff helped me find a Helicopter for my little brother. He loves it. The helicopter even came with a camera. This helicopter is not only for kids, I like using it too. Overall great experience

I would not ever buy any thing at this store i spent a $150.00 on a helecopter and it was defektive the remote wire was not on so when i tried to fly it it went crazy i took it back and they told me if it was broke why didnt i bring it back then how do you know if it is broke if you dont try to fly it but they told methey would not fix it or replace itso if you need a great hobby shop go to HOBBY PEOPLE they care about there custermers these guys wont have a store very long treating people like they do iam handy cap and on a fixed income so $150.00is alot and now iam out a $150.00 and a choper i cant fly and manager did not care so NEVER SHOP HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF SO WATCH OUT FOR THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEY WONT CARE WHO THEY HURT A YOUNG KID OR OLD MAN BE SAFE JUST DONT SHOP HERE EVER.

I bought an RC Helicopter that was defective, the remote control didn't work properly and the buttons didn't control the helicopter at all when it was outdoors. I went back and was told that unfortunately they were not going to take it back. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager, and he said he wouldn't do anything to fix the problem and gave me an invalid customer service number. Very unprofessional!!! I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted an exchange. I will never buy anything else at this store.

This place has the worst return policy of any retail store. They just don't allow for returns unless the item was never removed from the box. The fact of the matter is that the majority of the RC devices like the helicopters they sell are made in Asia. When they come out of the box, they're not always perfect. Some are out of whack and don't fly right. If that's the case, they will be even easier to crash. If there's any sign of use, they just won't allow for the return. In my opinion, if they're going to be so tough on the returns, they should tell people to buy at their own risk. Buy online from Xheli.com. The prices are better and they have a real friendly staff that are eager to help. In my several experiences at Hobby World, the staff really just didn't have knowledge or didn't seem like they cared enough too help. I've been to both stores and have bought several times but I'm done now.

I wish I could give this store a 0 rating. Item's are marked up a 1000 percent. You can find the same thing elsewhere for half the price, if not less. Customer service isn't all that great. If your gonna mark your products up so high, you should back it up with customer service. Dont go there. Not only are you gonna get ripped off, but your also gonna get horrible service. stay away. go to ebay or something.
