Totally Vacuums

I took my Dyson Upright Animal here for warranty service. I literally dropped it off at 4:25 PM, went back to my truck to contact customer service to ask warranty questions and about if vacuuming baking soda, etc. on carpets would void the warranty, which they told me no, it would not void the warranty.

Then I went back into the store when it was about 4: 50 PM to see about just picking the vacuum up to take it to a place hopefully closer to my house, so I wouldn't have to drive out, again, and low and behold, Mark already had it repaired and marked ready for pickup!

Even though he was nearly closed, he waited patiently as I phoned Dyson, and the Dyson rep tried to figure out how to get a number they should have given me in the first place, needed to process the repair.

Afterward, Mark took time to teach me about the Miele C2 canister, and showed me how it could be a much better fit for my current needs, even though it was already past closing. I greatly appreciate him taking time to help me, and even show me how a vacuum that is less expensive than my current one, could be a better match for me and my needs for when I decide to change vacuums.
