Dental Sealants
Dental sealants are very effective in preventing decay on the biting surfaces of your teeth. Sealants are a simple procedure in which a tooth-colored acrylic “coating” is painted onto the surface of the tooth. This effectively “seals” the deep grooves, acting as a barrier and protecting enamel from plaque and acids.

Fillings
We have not used amalgam filling materials in 33 years. We follow the IAOMT protocol for safe removal and proper disposal of amalgam fillings.
Resin Composite
To replace amalgam fillings Dr. Edwards uses an aesthetically pleasing composite resin. The composite resin is a tooth colored filling material that results in your teeth looking natural. If a composite resin filling is not appropriate, an all-ceramic laboratory restoration will be fabricated.
Veneers
Dental veneers are thin, translucent all-ceramic shells that are placed over the tooth and applied with special adhesive. Veneers are predominantly used on the front teeth. They are also known as facings, laminates or partial crowns.
Crowns
Once your tooth has been prepared for a restoration (filling, crown, etc.), Dr. Edwards will “float” ozone gas on your tooth prior to restoring your tooth.

Tooth bonding is the application of tooth-colored resin material using adhesives and a high intensity curing light. Bonding is typically used for cosmetic purposes to improve the appearance of a discolored or chipped tooth.

An average Invisalign course of treatment takes about a year. You will visit our office every 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments and to check progress. At regular intervals, you’ll receive new sets of custom-molded clear aligners to continue the straightening process. The total number of clear aligners is specific to your treatment.

It stretches and expands to clean your teeth better by a clinically proven 55%! This is a dental floss for kids and adults. It can easily clean in small spaces, wide spaces, and even with braces. Dr. Tung’s Smart Floss is naturally free of allergens like gluten. This woven dental floss is free of BPA, PTFE, and petrochemical wax.

Teeth Whitening
Our office offers an at-home teeth whitening system. The whitening trays are custom made to fit each patient perfectly and ensure that they are comfortable during the whitening process. The whitening gel is properly dispersed over the teeth for optimum whitening results.
General Dentistry
Marian was born and raised in Venezuela. There, she earned her degree in General Dentistry. After a year of practicing dentistry in her own practice, Marian decided to move to Florida.
