Very friendly and helpful staff. The first time I called they took my name and what I wanted so that if I came in and the same people weren't working they would know what I wanted. I drove in from 60 miles away because they had a good selection of boots, and good deals. The staff helped me pick the right boot for a wide calf, and tall under 200 dollars. They helped me set the wrinkles and find the right size in everything, and made sure everything would drop and shrink correctly. I was there for more than 3 hours and they were attentive and helpful the entire time. I got 2 jodhpurs (they have wonderful used ones for 20 dollars that are perfect for schooling), field boots (no zipper, which is rather hard to find these days, but they have an excellent selection), boot pulls, shine etc all for 300 dollars. I learned how to lace up the boots correctly, how to shine them, how to store them, and everything! Highly recommended for their expertise.
