When you feel better, we will too.How We Accomplish ThisPower Keg Athletics aims to change peoples lives using a holistic view of each athletes lifestyle. A dialogue focusing on key elements such as motivation, nutrition, lifestyle, and sleep will be developed from day one. This dialog will provide the athlete with the basic information necessary to establish realistic short and long-term goals as well as the tools to successfully meet them.On a daily basis, Power Keg CrossFit will create challenging workouts that are carefully crafted to elicit maximum gains across a broad domain. This will be achieved through combining the CrossFit Methodology with classic strength and conditioning methods developed over the years by great coaches such as Glen Pendlay, Jim Wendler, Mark Rippetoe and others. At the end of the day, the workouts will be based on Constantly Varied (CV), Functional Movements (FM), performed at High Intensity (HI). New clients will quickly find that Power Keg CrossFit is very different from other gyms.Power Keg CrossFit provides a safe, structured program allowing for a highly energetic environment to be created for athletes of all levels. Goals will be set, records will be smashed and lifelong friendships will be made.Getting StartedNew athletes will be brought into the community through a specialized introductory program designed to safely introduce the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit. These fundamental movements will serve as the basis of the strength and conditioning training going forward. Once the athlete has successfully completed the fundamentals program they will move into one of the regularly scheduled classes.
