Avoid!. They increase the price the moment they enter (first red flag). If you don't agree to the increase they take the half the time they estimated for completion (second red flag) and then blame you when it doesn't come clean. They wanted to double the cost for heavy traffic areas on almost new carpet. The contractor is very rude and even pointed out that the office line "isn't recorded" when you try to tell them what you were told when ordering the service.

They did a really good job, I would have them back for sure. They are recommended highly whenever someone asks about our carpet.
