The Marketplace location offers hair and color services for all ages, young and trendy mobile trendsetters. It is owned and managed by Gordon and Amanda Jarratt who are from London, England. JoLsalon wins the 2012 & 2013 Gold Medal for the Beacon Newspaper "Readers Choice Awards Best Hair Salon in Point Loma" Well done!!Amanda has 25 years of experience within the hair industry from the UK. She now brings her passion & wealth of experience to the U.S. Trained in hair & beauty for 5 yrs with Wella and L'Oréal in the UK, & has continued her education with Sassoon, L'Oreal & Brazilian Blowout. She has grown JoLsalon into a training facility for L'Oréal and Brazilian Blowout professional courses. She has superb cutting & coloring ability which compliments the guests face & skin tone, which truly surpasses the guests expectations. She has also worked for Wella and L'Oréal in the UK as a Business Development Consultant, with this wonderful wealth of experience, she is able to give her guests the benefit of her technical knowledge.
