Fuji Restaurant

Fuji Steakhouse is the ideal mom and pops restuarant that provide great food and wonderful service. I had this bubbly waiteress that was so attentive. I found this place by staying next door at the Hilton. At first I asked the valet guys and they told me it was a great place for sushi! So I went over and tried their Hawaiian Roll, highly recommended by the waitress and sushi chef. It has 5 or 6 different flavors in one roll. Spicy and Sweet, hot and cold, cook and raw...totally amazing!! As I was sitting at the bar I could see across from me the teppanyaki chef throwing their spatula and forks around followed by the thunderous volcano. I highly recommend this place for families and single travelers just like myself.

Great Tepenyaki! (spell?)You just never know which chef you will get Some are more entertaining than others.

I had an opportunity to sit at the sushi bar, again great service. I loved the sushi!! The staff was very friendly every time I have gone.
