Overall

BEWARE HOMEOWNERS.

This company does not keep honest ethics about their business. I had a small water leak in my guest bath, it was a lavi (water line to toilet) line that dripped at the fitting. It only had been dripping for around two weeks top with just a 3" x 8"in area of drywall being affected, Dry force was referred by my plumber for the drying out and restoration (with a kickback to the plumbers pocket I later found out) and said they would be out there in 60 to 90 mins, first off they never mad it in the 90 mins so I called the number on the card given to my by the plumber and got a dispatch in Arizona? the girl from dispatch had no reason why and said they were short workers today, okay, that would of been acceptable if they would of had called to let me know - no call and it was well over 3 hours before they showed up. To top it off they insisted they needed to rip out my marble flooring to get to the water damage? Wow are you kidding me I just had the floor installed a month ago and it cost me $2800, not that the money spent factors in per say but when I asked them to let me get in touch with my insurance group to see if they cover a toilet line the service man was rude and started talking down on the insurance company's. All of this had me at a loss for words so I asked them to just give me quote, I will look it over and contact later that day, that just seemed to put the service man over the edge and he insisted they start demolishing the floor and walls today, and by the way, they would need to have a different crew to come later to accomplish that? I asked them to leave and called my ins agent right away. It turns out it was good I didn't let them start any work or leave any equipment at my home because according to my insurance I would have been forced to let them do the work at an outrageous fee and be responsible to pay because ins never covers a lavi line leak and that an industry standard. All said and done Dry force was not honest about the situation and tried to force work that was not needed to line their pockets. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUST WORTHY.
