I visited Courtesy Chevrolet just to inquire about help with difficult financial situation I have been in with a vehicle. As I arrived, I was greeted by a salesman who was patient and attentive enough to listen to my situation to try and find the best possible solution. He made some suggestions, and recommended to me the best way to make them work, and even offered some advice as how I could make better decisions in the future. I had been trying to trade in my vehicle for months, and Courtesy Chevrolet was able to give me a great price for my trade-in and find a vehicle that fit exactly what I was looking for. Great experience as always. I was greeted promptly, had all my needs met and questions answered. The customer lounge was comfortable. I was, however, a little disappointed with the complimentary "car wash". There were many large areas they missed giving the truck a half-clean-half-dirty look. Not going to complain too loudly, after all, it was complimentary
