        Overall

        Tyrants! How can they charge a 10.00 late fee and now an extra 7.50 "late charge processing" fee? Even if the monthly payment arrives on time they would have to process it. Their penalties for being late amount to 42% of the monthly HOA dues that I am paying. Taking unfair advantage of seniors on limited income. Shame!
