I love Body Basics. I had no idea a lot of my health problems were associated with a sluggish colon and stress until I went to Body Basics. I was treated with such care. I felt really nervous at first but I was soon put at ease. The staff were professional and educational and helped me understand why I needed to have this therapy as part of my lifestyle. When I left from my appointment I felt light, clean and energetic. I have also done the Triple Treat Special which is 3 hours of cleansing and relalaxing. I started with the Colonic and then I had a wonderful massage and finished with the Lymphatic Foot Bath Combo and wow! I felt like I had all the worries and tension taken out of my body. I floated out of the office.
