Yasmein Body & Paint

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I got into an accident and started fumbling through the phone book. 4 other body shops were booked because of the recent hail in S.A. and I am sure glad they were. I saw the number for Yasmien and remembered passing by a few time so I knew right where it was. I called up thinking I would get the same answer as all the rest but Hamed answered and told me to bring it in. I came in he looked and it and then went back in to get all the paperwork. He did mention they had been really busy and he just recently started taking more cars in. He made me feel right at home and was very genuine. He updated me on the progress and had it ready when promised! When I went to pick up my car I was so happy with the results. Not only did they fix the damage, they made it look flawless!! It looked better than before I got in my accident. They have a customer for life and I will not go anywhere else.

I stopped by for an estimate. I walked in and asked the first guy I saw (w/ feet kicked up on his desk, hands behind his head like he owned the place..well he did!)
When asked for an estimate, his response "nope...got too much business already". His only question to me: "Insurance or no?" I said "No". He said: "ya nope...can't help you". He couldn't take on any more business..I totally get that. But I just wanted an estimate. Was like pulling teeth to get him to look at my car. I assumed the positive reviews must be indicative of a fair, customer-oriented professional. Wrong. After convincing him to take a look at my vehicle, he let out a grumble..like when you tell a child that if they don't eat their vegetables then they won't get any icecream. He quoted: "$7,500-$14,000" saying "Everything needs to be replaced" Wow, that's a fast way to lose business.
Turns out, I was able to get my car painted for under $1000 elsewhere.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS...B/C THEY DON'T NEED/WANT MORE BUSINESS.

Was looking for a reputable company to get work done, considering that I work all the time, I checked the reviews and contacted Hamid. This guy gave me great customer satisfaction, not only was he polite,honest, respectful. He allowed his wife to drive me to the rental company because he knew I was pressed for time.The work was fantastic, I have a ford mustang, and when I picked it up, they polished it up like it came out of the showroom floor. I will definitely go back and refer friends, family and co-workers. Overall,Great business.
