The will come with the intention of never fixing, just upselling replacing everything new. You will know when the tech comes in a nice clean shirt with no tools...will eyeball your equipment without testing it, and will try to upsell a replacement...THEN WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE CALL WITHOUT EVEN TESTING EQUIPMENT!!!!!!! SCAM....SCAM....SCAM!!!!!!!1

I was extremely disappointed w...

I was extremely disappointed with Will Fix It. They charged me $1697.50 for 2 men to dig a 1 foot x 1 foot hole and sleeve a leak in a sprinkler pipe. The two repair men were extremely professional, you could barely tell they had been there and the leak is fixed. But they worked less than 30 minutes, that did not include them eating lunch while the glue dried. The estimate included jack hammering, and concrete work to restore what they would have to destroy to get to the pipes. It took one guy and a pry rod less than 20 seconds to pop a piece of flagstone up. I asked Matt, their supervisor who wrote the estimate, to readjust the bill since the jackhammering and replacing the flagstone was totally unnecessary, he said the job was completed and the price was set. He compared their work to a doctor diagnosing an illness. The doctor would charge a certain price no matter what services he did. He reasoning made no sense to me at all. I asked to speak to his supervisor and she did call me back two days later. At first she offered $200 off. Then after I asked to speak to her supervisor, she called back and increased the discount to $497.50 off. So, $1200 charge for two repairmen to actually work less than an hour to dig a small hole and repair a sprinkler leak is ridiculous. My suggestion, do not call Will Fix It!
UPDATE: Evidently Beverly forgot to write down the additional $297.50 she offered to take off. I learned this after a nice man called to ask me when Will fix it could expect the additional money that I owed. I asked him to speak with Beverly and he said that she only offered a $200 adjustment. This means I actually paid $1497.50 for 30 minutes work. That is even worse! Please take my advise and don't call them for help.

AHS reffered Will Fix It for diagnosis of sewer fumes coming into my house after it rained. .They used a camera and said it was root infiltration and other problems in my lines and that it would take 7 days and 7,500.00 to fix it.After 3 weeks out of the seven days and after fixing everything they said was wrong it rained and I had the fumes worst than ever again. I called their office they sent their supervisors that same morning they confirmed the odor, actually before they came in they told me they had figured out what the problem was IT WAS my wax ring under the toilet they where going to change and test the toilet etc I asked how come that had not being check before etc its a simple maybe 130 dollars job he could not tell me but SAID the original diagnosis was a missdiagnosis.AHS had somebody hear me out who actually set up a 3 way meeting with AHS WFI AND ME meeting AHS DID NOT SHOW UP AND HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY substantial . SUPPORT.Actually Ive decided to pay this people and get rid of them but they offered me a warranty scribbled in a paper by a low level employee as of now I dont have a management formal warranty.ADVICE; DONT TRUST ANYBODY NO MATTER WHO REFFERS THEM SPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE A MUTUAL ARRANGEMENT ITS ACTUALLY WORST I FAILED BECAUSE I WAS IN a hurry .

6/15/2014 we noticed water flooding our kitchen, dining/living room, and laundry room when we came home. We called Will Fix It and they asked us if they thought we needed someone immediately and the next person wouldn't be available until 2-3 in the morning, so we waited until the next morning. Will Fix It told us that mud was backing up from the drainage hose outside into the air conditioner causing it to back up and leak. At that point, they cleared the hose, recommended that we dig a hole and put pebbles to stop the mud from backing into the hose, which we did. We had no other recommendations but to put the pebbles. Then they sent out the restoration company to dry up the water. We had to have our laundry room, dining/living room, and kitchen floors replaced. That whole process took about three weeks. Now, this evening, 8/25/14, we noticed water in our laundry room. To our surprise the air conditioner was leaking AGAIN. You can image how upset we were that this was happening. We called WFI and they sent someone out within an hour. Sergio, on-call manager, called us back and asked us questions like "Do you know where it is leaking from? Can you see what is going on?" His attitude was very rude and unprofessional. The time he was here he was very short. His dialogue consisted of "yes, uh-huh, and I didn't say that..." in response to concerns we had. We had to ask the questions to understand what was going on, he didn't clarify anything unless we asked detailed questions. He ended up telling us that the coils needed to be cleaned because there was lint backing up into the A/C system. We had to ask if he cleaned it or who would come clean it, he said to call the manager in the morning and they can have someone come clean it, but we would have to pay for it.

Now, in my opinion, I feel that the last time that the mud backed up into the A/C, they should have recommended that the coils be cleaned. Now they want us to pay for something that should have been recommended? I asked Sergio this exact question, and he said "Well it doesn't say in the notes that they recommended it." My response, "Well, shouldn't they have?" He didn't answer the question, but made a face indicating that, yes they should have. Any good professional would do a thorough inspection and could have seen what Sergio was seeing and could have recommended what he said to do. Since the technicians seem to be subpar and in a hurry all the time, we are now faced with this issue again. This is inconveniencing my family and 88 year old grandmother. This should not have to be a repeat issue if it was done right the first time. Now we are afraid to rip up our new carpet and flooring in fear that it will not be fixed and paid for by WFI and we will have to file another claim with our insurance and watch that rate go up, again because of Will Fix Its lack of communication with its technicians.

Our experience with WFI has been nothing but disappointing and less than satisfactory. I don't know how many times we have had to call about our A/C going out when our unit is no older than 6 years old. Every time it is something different and it is absolutely absurd. The inconsistencies in the communication and the technician knowledge is horrendous. Let's see how long it takes them to dry the floors, repair the A/C, and whatever else comes up along the way. Sergio said that WFI will pay for the restoration company to come out, but again, who knows what is legitimate with this company anymore and who really knows how much damage is done to our new flooring.

Every time I deal with this company I am very satisfied. They are honest, professional, and actually care about their customers. We will always call Will Fit It for any plumbing needs and I would reccommend them to anyone and everyone!

This is the second time we have had to use Will Fix It and both times were great! The care both technicians had was amazing.

Will fix it has 10X better service and professionalism than other plumbing companies I've dealt with, and I won't be using anyone else.

We contacted them back in October 2015 to replace a shower valve. The guy comes over, says he can't do it today but will be back on Monday with all the gear he needs. Whatever. We get a hotel room for two nights because the valve was leaking so bad we had to turn off the water.



Fast forward to 18 Jun 2016. Same valve BREAKS and cannot be shut off. Hot and cold water are freely pouring out the faucet into the tub. Call Will Fix It. Guess what? He shows up and says he can't fix it because he doesn't have the parts. Really? The parts for the valve that YOU installed? He just says, "Sorry" and leaves, telling us he'll come back on Monday with the parts he needs. So once again we are forced to shut the water off and spend money for two nights in a hotel, thanks to We Won't Fix It Yet.



Stay away from these clowns. In between making you wait and putting in shoddy parts, they constantly try to upsell you on water softeners, water heaters, etc. Screw them.

Our AC unit suddenly stopped working we called Will Fix It and they were here short after. Mario Olivares was very professional he knew what he was talking about and fixed our unit in less than 30 min. I definitely recommend them.

Our water heater stopped working randomly over night. We called Will Fix It the next morning on a Sunday around 11am and we had a technician here by 3pm. The first technician figured out it was an electrical problem with our home not the water heater. The technician scheduled for an electrician to come to our home the next morning. The electrician arrived by 10am the next morning and had the water heater working in 15 minutes. Both visits to our home were free of charge and the technicians were very polite and knowledgable. We will definitely use Will Fix It in the future.

H.T 1/12/2015 I called for backed up drain and quoted me $1400.00 for installing a clean out, I understood and a complete clean out to the main city drain. they installed a clean mout outsside my bathroom $200 worth of material and about an hour & half labor.I continued to have drain problems and was told I had to call SAWS. I feel I got ripped off.

His attention to detail, manner and politeness was very much appreciated. Especially in this day of "WHO GIVES A DAMN" service we've all experienced a time or 3.

"WIl" Fix it is the best company EVER. Ramiro was the hero here. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and of course he fixed the problem immediately. This company didn't charge me for the inspection, it only charged me what it was supposed to be. From now on I will be always with "Wll" Fix It and of course I will tell them to send me Ramiro.

This was the first time that Will Fix It came out to my house and was glad that I called . The other times I called was because they were the only ones available, It was Sunday afternoon I had guest coming over and both of my AC units went out. I was pleasantly surprised when Ramiro came and had both units fixed within the hour and was even more surprised when he took the time to explain how to properly maintain the units and then give me a brief explanation on how everything worked . Thanks to Ramiro my guest had a pleasant visit and I was able to sleep comfortably.

Daryl & Clay were at my house within 2 hours. Daryl performed diagnostics on my outside unit & determined it was a bad breaker in my breaker box- not my A/C unit. He explained that an electrician would be needed to fix the problem. He then scheduled an electrician come by the next morning. He reached for his invoice book as I reached for my checkbook. "oh, there's no charge" he said. "This is a FREE service call." Are you kidding me? Come on now. What's the catch? There WAS no catch. After getting my eyes poked out dozens of times by every trade imaginable, "Will"Fix It"

goes "old-school" and sends out 2 professionals to help me & my family. Wow. Well done, guys. Thank you Daryl M. so much & good luck Clay.
