Customer service is very important and Mr. Perez gave that service to us.

We have used them for a while. Had a new system installed. It stopped working on friday afternoon. Figured they would be right out since they offered me an after-hours service call the first time they came out. Guess what they said they would be out next week. Thats not right. Luckily I found a great service company who now takes care of my system and even gave me a discount on the repairs.

On Sunday 8/17/08 I busted a pipe in the wall while trying to replace an outside hose spigot. With water gushing into my formal living room from the busted pipe in the wall I immediately got the phone book. I see a smiling face and the 1 hour guarantee so I call Will Fix It. Mind you it was Sunday afternoon so I knew there would be an after hours fee but they stated they would be here in an hour. Their fee was $169 just to come out on Sunday and then stated their flat fee for fixing a pipe in the wall was $389!



What is one to do, say "no here's $169 and thanks for telling me I have a busted pipe in the wall" or simply let them do the repair? So they did the work, broke into the drywall and fixed it with a flexible hose instead of the existing copper the left the spigot loose.



Today, Tuesday, my insurance company (the big one off IH 10) sent their adjuster who immediately stated their rates were ridiculous and the repairs were not proper, especially with the hose spigot not being properly secured.



I was advised to report their overcharging rates to the Attorney General which I will do. I also called Will Fix It to alleviate the problem and stated someone would be back at my home today before 2pm to fix it and also address the overcharge....now way past 2pm and no one showed up. Called their office and still given false hopes/promises.



Lesson...stay away from smiling plumber ads.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I called for a service call on Sunday, and was informed that the fee was $95.00. I figured, O K, after all it is Sunday. The service man arrived, and after a bit, told me he would have to install a capacitor, and a 'quick start kit'. He left here with a check for $603.00. About four hours later the ac quit working. I called their office, and was informed that their 'service work' (parts or labor) was NOT guaranteed. I made several calls, and then wrote Mr. Will Hawkins (the owner) a letter, and received absolutely NO response. I will not go so far as to say they are dishonest, but their ethics are somewhat lacking. There is NO way they will ever do work for me again!

We had Will Fix It install a new furnace over a year ago. From the day it was installed we have continued to have problems. My neighbors had them fix a bathroom sink, which ended up flooding the bathroom because it was not installed properly. I hear ARS bought them out, but I would hate to take another chance. Every guy who came to our house blamed the problem on the guy before who was "no longer with the company". I know you might get a bad install every now and then, however, considering all of the issues we had, the company should have offered to reinstall. That's what real customer service is.

When I needed a plumber, I contacted Will Fix It Plumbing. They provided me service to repair my plumbing matter without delay. They are my company of choice from now on when it comes to plumbing problems. They also have a monthly service plan for discounts on any future plumbing maintenance work or repairs I may need.
