This review is to express my deepest and most sincere appreciation for the integrity and work performed by one of their workers, Eloy. I first met Eloy in August 2010 when he was the technician responding to an emergency call for water bubbling up from the foundation in my garage. He swiftly and accurately diagnosed the location and cause of the water leaks and listened intently as I explained the chronology of events of unresolved plumbing leaks I had been experiencing since March 2010...as well as my struggles with USAA. Eloy spoke directly to the claims adjuster for USAA and made himself 100% available to me by cell phone for any and all questions or concerns that I might have.

Permit me to thank you for the work recently performed by your crew at my residence. All involved did their work in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.

I want to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful experience I had dealing with your serviceman. I had some company in for Thanksgiving that complained about my water pressure in the guest bathroom so I called on you. Your secretary sent out an expert to my house that analyzed the problem and gave me a workable solution. I was going to cost me but he worked out a plan that I could work with and all was taken care of within two days. I expect my family back for Christmas and they are going to be so pleased to see the problem corrected. Thank you for having good workers around to help all of us.

I used to have a 2 stage Trane, now I have been one stage Rheemed. So much for mediation through Home Depot. If you buy a system through Home Depot, be careful about who will fix it (or Rheem you). When they went to put in my new system, they accidentally cut open my perfectly fine working system (two systems in the house). Then they reinstalled that and installed the new system. Problems with the new system from the get-go, poor installation that Home Depot made them come out and fix, then the new system leaked and then my older system compressor went down. They said they'd fix my new system and replace my Trane 2 stage condensor. I'm overseas and my wife is at the end of her rope. I found out today they took away my whole outside unit and put in one of the cheapest rheem systems out there, telling my wife they don't make R22 Trane condensors anymore. I found them online in minutes - from TRANE and this company is supposed to be a Trane company.

Thank you so much for your attention to my needs. This was the best customer service I have seen in years. We will definitely use your service again.

Courteous, Professional, and Timely The technician showed up w/i 5 min of when they said he would be here. He examined the two problems that I had called about and showed me how to save money fixing the problem myself (minor monthly maintenance problems), and he then examined the water heater and various other plumbing systems in my house and gave me a rundown of the overall status of my house's plumbing... all for free. I will definitely be calling Will Fix It in the future for all my plumbing problems.

When making a high dollar investment I have a tendency to ask countless questions. Your employees were more than patient answering each question completely and professionally. Never once did I feel as if I was imposing, taking up too much of their time or asking too much in the way of an explanation. From the dispatchers in the front office, to the technicians in the field, your entire staff is to be commented for their friendly attitude and commitment to quality customer service. They truly exemplify the meaning of customer service. Fast, friendly, efficient and caring, these are just a few of the words I have recently used to describe your company and employees.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a complete Trane heating and cooling system from your company. I wanted to take a moment of your valuable time to let you know how pleased I am with this system. It has made a tremendous difference in the cooling of my home. Moreover, it has lowered my electric bill by more than $40.00 in just one month. However, more important than the obvious monetary savings is the excellent customer service I received from your company. I was treated with respect right from the start. Your employees were truly interested in finding the correct system to fit my specific needs, and not just how much they could sell me. In this day and age finding a company that puts the customer in front of the dollar sign is becoming the exception rather than the rule. I applaud you for being that exception.

I had a very bad experience with this plumber. My sewer line was backed up. When the washer drained, the water backed up into the garage. I ran my own snake down the pipe and found it was clogged at about 5 ft. I couldn’t unclog it with a manual snake. When Will Fix It came out they ran their own power snake many many feet (I watched them) but said it was still clogged due to the fact that the pipe was broken. They said the snake was actually running out of the pipe and into the ground. This made me suspicious. To fix it they would have to dig under the house and replace the pipe for $3250 for 5 ft of digging and $300 per foot after that. I told them I would get another estimate. Rotor Rooter came out the next day, and after some negotiation, he said he would run a snake for $224. His equipment was much newer and had a cutting blade on the end, rather than just a blunt nose that Will Fix It used. About 45 minutes later the drain was running clear. We checked it with the garden hose. So either Will Fix It is dishonest or incompetent or I still have a problem; you make the call. Moral of the story: ALWAYS get another estimate.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how very pleased we are with the work "Will Fix It" did on my mother's (Stephanie A's) home. The men Martin and his partner Javier did their work in a most excellent manner. They wasted no time and got to the problem immediately. With a major gas leak and the worries we had, they put our minds at rest! Being from out of town, we didn't know who to call. I can assure you, we are confident that we called the right company! I am so grateful to the men at Will Fix It for a job well done.
