Every contact with this company has been very pleasant. They always seem anxious to please and eager to help.

Our technician was Mario O. He was scheduled to do a check up, but stayed to answer all the questions we had regarding care of the system filter we had installed by another company. He was on time, thorough and extremely professional. He created a list of items that need to be done to our system, and even discovered that the breaker for the unit had never been checked (despite maintenance records stating the other company had done so). We are very pleased with Mario O and Will Fix It. We have decided to use them for both a/c heating and plumbing needs.

technician was on time, and very informative. helpful, and i didn't feel like he was trying to sell me more work than I needed. he was friendly, and quiet while my son was napping, also a plus. i will refer them to all my friends.

Dean Covey arrived on time and went the extra mile in fixing our toilet. He was personable, polite, and efficient. All employees of this company should mirror Dean's attitude.

Dean C. came to my home to look at a leak in the master bath. He was on time and very courteous during the entire visit. He took his time and was very helpful with finding a solution to the problem. I would reccommend him to a neighbor.

Called Will Fix It to find out about a leak because we had an abnormally high water bill. Was told on phone that we had to set up appt to send plumbing appraiser to find problem and give us price.

The appraiser never came. A plumber arrived and wanted to try more than $1000 worth of possible repairs to resolve problem through process of elimination. He didn't know where leak was but wanted to do work on water heater for $400 and add cut-off valve to incoming water. We called someone else. Leak was in yard leading into house and was not as expensive as Will Fix It was going to charge.

I just wanted to compliment Jay. Over the last 2 years I have had a great deal of plumbing work done in my beautiful older home. Jay has done most of it and I always request him.

I wanted to say I appreciate the way Ruben and Frank treated my kids and even my dog while in my home. I know that sounds funny, but you would be amazed at the workers or insurance adjusters that have came into my home and looked at my kids or my dog as if they were just in the way. Everyone in my home is affected when repairs are being done, but Ruben & Frank they both seemed to understand that. They were really nice, professional and respectful. I highly recommend these guys.

Chris and Javier were a great team when they installed the unit to my home. They were courteous and were very patient in explaining things to me when I had a question. They are to be commended. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

Appreciate the service of Gilberto. Worked on a residential repair job. Many times he had to work by himself and kept up with pace. I found him to be qualified and also possessed a great work ethic. His work was time efficient and he was fantastic with the clean up. Would definitely recommend.

Your office contacted me this week to ask how my plumbing was handled. I found out that you recognize employees that go beyond the call of duty. Andrew is one of them. Andrew had an opening and asked if he could come early which made me happy that he could. He also brought my mail and even put the trash can next to my garage when he went for his tools. This is more than 100% customer service. I will use your company again if anything else goes wrong.

Our house had a water leak and called Will Fix It, they gave us a time of between 1 and 3 for a serviceman to come and repair our leak. At 1:15 the guy arrived at our home and assessed our problem. He took time to explain everything that he was going to do and answered any questions my husband and I had regarding the leak. He repaired the leak in a very timely manner and told us about the service plan called Diamond Club. At no time did we feel like he was trying to overcharge us or just try to sell something that he did not believe in. We were very impressed with his knowledge.

I want to commend Phil for a great job! I know so many times all you get are complaints, but I wanted to make sure that you knew what a great employee you have in Phil. After our repair, he told us we could take our bill to SAWS and they they might adjust it due to it being so high (we had a realllly bad problem). After he left, we went to SAWS and they said that they would review it, and most likely would be able to adjust the amount we owed. We didn't even know there was anything like that, but thanks to Phil we do now!

Tony and Robert came out to my house and did a great job.! i will be getting a lot more work done.

Once again their staff provided me with excellent service during my kitchen renovation project. I met with Tim, of their management staff, to coordinate the sink plumbing aspect and showed him the plans and what I had envisioned for the final project. His expert advice from what the company would provide and explanation of having a new disposal installed was greatly appreciated. He took the initiative and scheduled the on site tech time. A fine tuned operation they have where folks know what is going on.

I would like to thank their company's employees from the sales person, Gary, to the installers. They were all very professional and informative with my questions! I WILL recommend, in fact I already have, to my clients and friends.
