        I had to wait over 20 minutes ...

        I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, and was told by the drive-thru employee to "drive up and park by the front, because your order is taking a while". I asked why, because there were no other cars behind me. She stated that there's a timer that rates how long a car is parked in the drive-thru window, and that "they'll be in trouble if we get caught with too much time".----- isn't that the point of the timer system? Finally got my order and they forgot my fries! ----drove off in disgust. Went to wendys.com and complained online. Never heard a word back.... so I'm not going back.
