Stone Oak Pediatrics

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Staff is rude! Billing staff (Brandy and Billing Manager Nikki are complete idiots- lacking in even basic math skills!) Even though I saw other negative reviews I am all about giving people a chance and decided to see for myself. I have had several acquaintances also share their similar experiences with me too...wish I would have known more upfront. I have no idea how Stone Oak Pediatrics has stayed in business with the horrible phone, front desk, and billing service they provide. Sad too, considering most of the doctors are nice and professional. Maybe the doctors will take charge and invest in quality staff to ensure patient happiness and courtesy. At this rate I'm certain mine and my wife's business won't be the only that they have lost or will lose.



The ONLY reason Stone Oak Pediatrics got even 1 star from me was because this feedback/rating system requires you to at least give one....how sad.

I called to schedule an appt for my daughter and was put on hold for about 7 minutes. The girl then returned to the phone only to put me on hold again. When she returned 5 minutes later, I had to constantly repeat myself. She obviously didn't know how to schedule an appt and kept asking someone else in the office how to work the computer. I can't believe that an office this size would jeopardize losing patients by not having competent staff answering the phones.
