My ex husband and the man who lives upstairs from him heard a knock on the door, They went and open the door, Men came in and beat both very badly, The man up stairs stayed in his apartment and refused medical help, Black eyes and broken ribs, My Ex husband was in a coma for 3 weeks, When he came out of the coma, He went back to the Rivera Apartments, 1 week later, I found him with no clothes on and laying in the middle of the floor, The smoke alarms were all broken, I call 911 and off to the hospital again, Back in a coma, He remembers nothing, I took him home today, The manager changed the Apartment locks, He could not get in to the apartments, We called her and she said she would be right over to open the door, I called her every 30 min, and she never came, 2 hrs passed and she said each time she was on her way, Until she no longer pick up her phone, She never came, She also said if my Ex breaks the window they would charge him 50.00 and call the cops, He is paid up till the end of Dec 2015, They have no reason to keep him out of the Apartments, With no shoes, and girls shorts and shirt. The manager keeps saying just wait I will be there, After 2 hours waiting out side with no show, I took him home to my house. He is so sick, with 2 black eyes, No memory of who he really is, and I can not get no clothes for him to put on. The manager could care less about the man upstairs also. He is in bad condition also. If you live here you will be beat up or killed, Not a good idea to live at the Rivera.

Girls in the office are friendly, the rents are good for what you get, free cable light and water paid in the rent. I lived there 2 years now and never had a problem with anyone, keep to yourself its the same anywhere
