R. Laing Manufacturing is a small minority-owned company operating in a 6, 000 sq ft building equipped with 18 tons of central heat and air. As of February 2001, we have been certified as an 8 ( a ) Small Disadvantaged Business. Since 1985, we have been proudly serving military bases in Texas as well as throughout the United States. We are an approved source for the Federal government, Fairchild, Penair, Dyncorp International and Raytheon. In May 2001 we were awarded the "Administrators Award for Excellence" in recognition of the outstanding contribution and service to the nation by a small business satisfying the needs of the Federal procurement system. We specialize in CNC mill and lathe work and our manual lathes and mills are equipped with digital read-outs for accuracy. Master CAM software is used for our programming needs. R.Laing's focus is precision aircraft parts and includes parts such as shafts, fittings, bearings, valves, rod ends, etc.
