Needed a travel size CPAP machine to make my life easier while traveling also bought a rechargeable portable battery along with the Respironics Dreamstation go APAP machine. I am loving it so far. Thank you Primo Medical!!

This is the best medical supplies store in San Antonio so far for my family. We rented a medical recliner and the hospital bed for my dad. It eased him and us at home after he came back from the hospital. We also got some compression socks for his as well. They have a lot more medical equipment and its near by as well.

Needed cpap supplies and mask for my dad. Came in and purchased the cpap filters, cpap tubing and the Respironics full face mask.

I bought a sleep apnea machine at primo medical. I got one through my insurance few years ago and my bipap machine finally gave up. When I contacted my health insurance they asked me to get a new sleep study done which is insane and ridiculous. I have been using this machine for a lot of years now. I have not met my deductible and it was expensive going through my health insurance, so I choose to purchase it out of pocket rather than going through my insurance and staying away from my sleep. The service was prompt and got what I needed right away. These guys are lifesavers, I should rather say sleepsavers instead.;)

I had a surgery recently, I wasn’t comfortable getting in and of my regular bed. I needed a medical bed and my friend recommended this place and we rented a top end medical bed for which the height and head rest is adjustable. I liked the service, they responded quickly. I am happy to have right what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have rented a fully electric hospital bed with an upgraded mattress along with full bed rails along with few other medical supplies. P.S Also bought some sheets for the mattress along with vinyl protector as my dad was incontinent. We got the electric patient lift along with full body sling with commode opening. The service was swift and we were very happy with the service and the medical equipment provided. My go to store from now on.

Needed a lift chair after my surgery as I was not able to use my bed and had to keep my body at a certain angle when I go to bed. So I was recommended this place by my uncle. The service was swift and prompt. I liked the lift chair which we rented. We also bought a cold therapy machine as well. Shall definitely recommend this medical supply store.

We were shopping for a portable oxygen concentrator for few months and finally made a move to get the respironics simply go mini portable oxygen machine. We were debating whether to get a Inogen G3 Portable concentrator or this one. But we choose to go with the simply go machine as my dad was used to using a respironics everflo oxygen concentrator at home. My dad was having a hard time to get the oxygen tanks so we just bought this unit which would offer him a lot of freedom and does not have to worry about the oxygen running out. Primo medical was wonderful with the process and gave us a lot of insight on the equipment. This place has a lot of medical supplies which are very handy.

My better half recently has been discharged from the warm springs rehabilitation center and we needed a few medical equipment as she was getting discharged. We bought the light weight wheelchair with elevated leg rest as she has to keep her leg at an angle. Rented a hospital bed with nice firm therapeutic mattress along with bed rails. We also needed a sit to stand assist to help her. We also got an electric sit to stand assist with a sling which is very easy to use than the manual ones. Overall very happy with the purchases and rental made at this store. They had everything we needed and delivered them promptly.

I being a person dependent on oxygen need to carry my Portable Oxygen machine everywhere I go. After few years my battery operated oxygen machine gave up on me. So I have contacted Primo Medical and I had to take in the unit. They gave me a timeline to inspect the machine and once I authorize it the unit would be repaired. I needed a unit while the repair was being done on my machine. So, I have rented the unit from them. They called me back with the pricing and offered a 90 day warranty on the repair which I felt was good. Now I am using my unit which is working the same way as it needs to. I am happy with the service they have provided. I appreciate the service and kindness. Shall be back to get some cannulas and filters in few months.

The service was very prompt and swift. Needed a medical bed for my better half as he has undergone a surgery. So rented a hospital bed along with wheelchair. Had a good experience and delivery technician was nice in taking his time and go through things with us. Really apprecite their service. Will definitely use them if I need any medical supplies in the future.

I am a frequent buyer of colostomy supplies. I buy the Hollister 8331 bags along with hollister adhesive remover wipes, Convatec eakin rings and the stoma powder once in a while. They have a lot of other medical devices , stockings, jevity and so on. If I start writing about the supplies then it's going to be the whole page. I once also bought a bath chair as well which is still sturdy and good.

We purchased an Inogen G3 oxygen concentrator machine along with a 16 cell battery for the machine. The machine was in superb condition and worked very well. There were extra nasal cannulas included as well. This store was recommended by my cousin due to the efficiency of Primo's services.

Got a resmed bilevel machine for apnea. Called a few stores around and most of the stores said they would have to order it. When called primo they asked for a prescription. Once we have faxed the prescription they called us right away stating they have the bipap machine in stock. We went to the store and they have given us an in service on how to use the machine and maintain it. Also bought the resmed sleep apnea mask, along with some extra filters for the machine along with cleaning wipes for the mask. Thank you guys for having all the equipment and supplies in stock. Shall definitely recommend you place to family and friends.

P.S I don't usually write reviews but I found this place with the help of reviews. So I am doing my job to help others to find a store in San Antonio for there medical needs.

My mom uses an oxygen tank and she lives by herself. It's getting very hard for her to go around with those huge tanks. So I have done some research and wanted to get her a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) so she would get her freedom back to go around. I went to primo medical and I asked them if they offered payment plan for the purchase and they did. We made a down payment and got the Inogen G3 machine. She likes it very much and it has given her an ease to travel with. Our family appreciates your service from the bottom of the heart. They have a lot more medical equipment than the other stores I have visited in San Antonio.

Needed to renew my medical card for the DOT and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea..ufffff. I needed a cpap machine and need to show my usage to get my CDL renewed . I called a few DME stores in san antonio and found it at Primo Medical. Bought a full face mask and steve was very helpful. The machine would generate the compliance reports which I needed on a regular basis. Nice store with a lot of cool stuff. Got some extra cpap filters along with some cleaning wipes for the mask. I will come back for my reports and my supplies. Thank you guys!

My dad was moving into Brookdale assisted living place and he needed a medical bed. We purchased a hospital bed along with a nice mattress and medical bed rails. We also liked the bedside table and we purchased one as well as it would be helpful for him to have food at his bed. We have also placed a recurring order for the bed pads and adult briefs which would make our life's easier. So every month on the 14th primo medical would deliver the supplies to the assisted living place. This place has a nicer selection of several products. I recommended this medical supply store to the assisted living place if any of their new patients or existing patients are needing a medical supply store locally.

Dad discharged from hospice. Bloody hospice guys didn't give us an advance notice of picking up the medical equipment my dad has been using. I had to get my dad a medical bed and an oxygen concentrator machine. Primo was very helpful in getting the hospital bed and the oxygen machine on time. These guys are life saviors. We were looking for a medical supply store who have medical equipment in stock and who can deliver the same day. So I asked my best friend "Google" about it and it found me what we needed. We have come across "Primo Medical Store". We got a fully electric hospital bed with an upgraded therapeutic mattress and half bed rails. We also got the wheelchair, pvc shower chair, adult briefs and reusable underpads. They have a showroom where we just stepped and got all the supplies we needed. These guys are not in the medical center but still have a lot of supplies on hand such as sleep apnea masks, orthopedic supplies, compression stocking, lift chair, oxygen concentrators and so on. We never know what we need and it's good that we have come across this medical supply place where they have everything in stock and we don't have to wait. Thank you and good job guys. Got the dream station automatic sleep apnea machine along with simpulus full face mask. Also got some cpap wipes along with additional filters. They had the cpap machine an other supplies in stock as well. Very nice medical supply store.

We were visiting San Antonio for a few days and we needed some medical supplies. We rented electric scooter, portable oxygen concentrator and bought a 3 in 1 commode as they can only be purchased. The service was very prompt and technician has taken his time to go through all the questions we had. I would rate this medical supply store very high due to the overall service and assistance provided. I wish we had the same service back home.
