        Overall

        Just a warning... Anyone thinking of taking there car to Northside ford to get their car repair DONT. My car has been in their shop!! Going on 24 days..... They keep telling me it's going to be ready on this day and they come up with excuses and keep pushing back , week after week. Don't do it you will regret it.

        Inflate cost of parts by 120%

        I recently had my vehicle tuned up at Northside Ford. They charged me $14.52 for EACH spark plug. Their own website offers the same spark plug from the parts department for $6.60. When I asked the Service representative about this they said their prices are set and I can always take my service elsewhere. Believe me, next time I will take my service elsewhere.
