Lydia's Massage Therapy

If you need a great massage you should try out Lydia's. I work a lot of hours and tend to get really stressed out. My shoulders and neck get really tight and it seems like my shoulders end up by my ears. After a great massage session with Lydia I'm like new! I don't know exactly how she does it since I often fall asleep but she says it's a combination of stuff like trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and ortho-bionomy. Whatever it is, it's great!
