What can anyone say about this great place to enjoy a great steak. hostess friendly and service was the best. Mercedes was a great server.

Great steaks. I had a sirloin. Quick and rustic, but the steak was cooked correctly and tasted great. The price was fair.

This is one of my husband's favorite places to eat in San Antonio, so needless to say we cannot visit San Antonio without eating at LRB at least once! We had lunch here on a Sunday after Mass with a few friends. We were seated immediately, and a waiter arrived shortly after. We all had steaks, some had baked potatoes with their steaks, we all had side salads and iced tea. The food was good and hot, the service was quick, and the bill was painless. I grew up in San Antonio, and LRB was always there and always and will continue to be a big hit with my family.

We went to The Little Red Barn Restaurant and had a delicious sirloin steak. It was very tender and did I say delicious! Our server, Katherine, was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Definitely will return!!

The last time I was here was about 5 yrs ago. Boy, it's still as great now as it was then. Its a San Antonio tradition. A must visit when your nearby. I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. Its popular with the locals. The dress code is casual. The tea is given to you with it's own pitcher. Thus you don't have to wait. The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are average compared to other steak houses. Plenty of parking. It also has a full bar.

I attended a surprise b-day party for a friend. We had over 50 people & we were seated promptly. The service was super as well as the food. A very relaxed atmosphere.

Had dinner here last night and man this is one of the best steaks i have had in a while. The waitstaff was awesome and the atmosphere was even better. This reminds me of my home town steakhouse.

Was pleasantly surprised by my visit here. A friend from out-of-town and myself dined at Little Red Barn Steakhouse for lunch on a Tuesday. Our salads were on the table before we even sat down. We settled on the ranch dressing which was very tasty. Our waiter was very knowledgable on the food and what the specials included, and was very kind when my friend wanted a few substitutes on her special. We both ordered sirloins, medium rare. They were cooked PERFECTLY which hardly ever happens! First time in a long time I have not had to send back a steak for being too cooked. The rolls..... OMG. SO GOOD. I could have eaten a million of them. I would definitely dine here again, and hopefully I have as positive an experience as I did today!

This place has been here forever.... The hostess stills wears pistols and takes you to your table where a fresh garden salad is quickly on the way. Nothing fancy here... the menu is mostly beef, chicken, and potatoes.. they do have a bar for those who want some alcohol. Great for large parties and celebrations.

Delicious food and efficient staff. Our waitress was on the ball. For as busy as the restaurant was in a Saturday night, we had great service and amazing food. Will definitely be dining here again. Great job to Mercedes for taking good care of us.

The service was exceptional our waiter, Rubio did a wonderful job for some first timers. The food was a little above average but the service made up for what the food was lacking. Thanks again Rubio

Always a great dining experience. The wait staff always has a smile on their face, and we never leave unsatisfied.

Excellent Meal! Excellent service! Rubio was charming, attentive and outstanding! Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! I'll definitely come back and specifically ask to be seated on his area. Bravo Rubio, bravo!

If you haven't been to the Little Red Barn in a while, you need to try it again. This place is classic San Antonio. The picnic tables, salads with bottles of dressing (use as much or as little as you like), wait staff in western attire with cowboy hats (ladies wear cute skirts), and good old fashioned steaks. All types from porterhouse to chopped steak. Try off the menu "Ringo" - chopped steak topped with cheese, grilled onion & peppers. Also the wedge salad is a must have. Their bread is new and much, much better. Fresh yeast rolls served warm with a slight sweet flavor. Our waitress, Terrie, was pretty incredible. Hustling all night making sure everyone was happy. Give it a try. Fun, casual, and Texas all in one!

Had great Mother's Day with my sons. The Food was great! Our family love the fresh salad and homemade salad-dressing you can't that type of dressing just anywhere and our steaks were cook to order. Our waiter Mr. Rubio was so great. He always made sure we had everything we needed.

It's was Mothers day and wow were they ready for the crowds to arrive. They had out side seating for the wait. It was nice and cool so the heat was not a factor that day. We had a party of 8 that was seated with in 10 minutes. For it being a holiday I was super impressed.
