When my outdoor faucet broke (on a Saturday) and water began gushing everywhere, I called Immediate Response. They arrived within 15 minutes and resolved my issue.

My kitchen sink was leaking boat loads of water under the cabinet I called this company and they arrived within an hour of my call. They said the joint in the pipe was rusted and needed to be replaces. They replaced it and now no leaks or water drops and my cabinet is not ruined that would have been horrible, thank goodness they arrived so fast.

Immediate Response Plumbing has done several major plumbing repairs for our home, built in 1938, near downtown San Antonio. Needless to say, it can be hard to get around existing plumbing problems in a house that is 80 years old. Each time they manage to do a GREAT job. This time they replaced a Hot Water heater that had been configured in such a way that made it difficult. The manager of the job, Bob, got it done quickly and cost effectively. His assistant, Jeff, was polite and hardworking. Both of them were just plain nice. Couldn't recommend them more.

GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than Immediate Response plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've used them several times never once have I had a problem. I had major work done where they had to tear up the basement floor. Not a drop of water since. I totally recommend him and we'll able assistant.

Our main drain was clogged and they came out and Hydro jetted our main drain and water has been flowing free ever since and that was over six months ago. Good job, guys!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They gave me a window of 1-5 and they won't show up to appointment 2 Saturdays. When I call back they blatantly say we are busy and the repair man will be there when he can like I am supposed to wait all day and night for a repair. Stay away!

I am a repeat customer and have had good service from the plumbers. If you can get past the Office Manager and get scheduled then all is good. I feel if there was a new Office Manager then that company could get to its full potential.

I had a yard leak, I called Immediate Response Plumbing and they came out right away and was able to determine the problem quickly as well. The repair was easy and they were done within an hour. I HIGHLY recommended these plumbers to everyone. Great job I will definitely be using your services again.

They should give minus stars because these guys deserve it. How much do you want to bet the 5 stars are phoney, written by their staff! They were referred by AHS who I have my home warranty with. Issue was diagnosed quickly outside. I requested that the plumber go inside and check the toilet in the back of the house as there was a problem there also. He refused. Why not? Is a problem outside the house connected to a no water going to the toilet 1000 ft away. If he would have walked into the house and checked the toilet, there would have never been an issue. He just didn't want to do it. His ego was involved now! How dare I question his knowledge! And when I called the office, it was no better!

Horrible experience. Two technicians (one a helper) showed up, made a cursory examination of the plumbing problem and declined to do the work because: 1) The water would have to be turned off--very expectable as the problem is a bathtub supply valve, and 2) "something might get broken and then the company would be liable." Absolutely refused to discuss any further evaluation of the work or the course of action needed. Unfriendly, uncommunicative and unprofessional. I told them to leave and called the company. I was told they were sorry for my experience and that the owner would be told. I told them I intended to complain to the owner, the BBB and their website review. No response.
