Growing Stage Day Care Center

Both my kids go to GS and I love the communication and that my kids are happy there. Both my kids are 2 and they have learned so much in just the short period they have been there. The teachers are great and always giving progress reports upon pick up. I've known Mrs. Charlene for well over 30 years when my sister and her friends worked for her at GS and she is and has always been like a grandma figure to all the kids.

My daughter has been attending this daycare for over 2 yrs. I absolutely love all the teachers here, along with Mrs. Charlene and Mrs. Connie. They have my full trust and have helped in the development of my toddler in an incredible way. (She can count in 3 languages now!) Absolutely love them!

It's unfortunate that someone had such a bad experience here. I absolutely love this place, it's been around for a very long time. All the staff are friendly, and Mrs. Charlene really puts the children's safety first. It's her #1 priority! I love all the teachers there bc they really treat your kids like their own. As a mother, you want the best for your child especially lots of love when those days happen where your little one doesn't feel good. Every time my child was sick, got hurt or had a great day I was informed. The curriculum is weekly themed and the teachers really try to have the children engaged. My child's been there for a long time & I've never seen any new staff until recently. Which was only one new teacher added. I highly recommend this place if you love for your child to grow independently, love for your child to grow with knowledge and love to feel like it's another family taking care of your little ones.

This place reminds me of grandmas home. This place is small but there is alot of people who always come back. ALwAys! The food is prepared twice a day morning bbreakfastand lunch. Two hot meals a day. The kids here are very well taken car of. I've seen some kids who are very happy when getting dropped off. Holidays are coming and the kids will be doing lots of fun art. Lesson plans are a must which means your kiddos are not just playing all day. They get taught sings and read books and outside play at least twice a day. On summer there I'd outside water fun and raspas. I'm telling you, just limr dropping your child off with family. That's what it is a big happy family!

This day care is so un organized, communication there is so poor, i would not recommend this day care to anyone, my son attended there his last day was yesterday (7/31/13) so i pick my son up yesterday and noticed he was in the 3 year old room which i was confused cause i already had told mrs sarah and anjelica and the owner mrs charlene i was not ready for my son to be moved up to the 3 year olds, so when i ask mrs sarah why was he in that room she said cause he is 3, even though after the fact i told all 3 of them i did not want my son in that class room, my son loves mrs sarah theres even time hes called me sarah so when we were leaving yesterday he did not even want to say bye to mrs sarah or even get close to her, which was odd to me cause he liked her, being a mother is not easy and when u see incidents like that of course you will not have good thoughts, there was another incident when my son got bit on his back and no one informed me and his dad we didnt catch it till when it was his bath time then we noticied the bite mark, they didnt even write an incident report which is not professional at all and like i said lack of communication. the reason also i did not want my son in the 3 year old class cause that teacher is very rude she yells at the kids like if they're adults, when its time to eat she gets annoyed the teacher and just throws whatever on there plate and walks away, this daycare i will never ever go there again theyre always hiring cause teachers dont last there. its very upsetting, mrs sarah and angelica get annoyed when you ask them questions, its so upsetting so i took my time to write this so any other parent can have a heads up.
