Dr. Nader G Iskander, MD

First off let me start off by saying the doctor is a very nice guy.



The reason I do not recommend this office is because of the lack of respect the office staff has for you. I was referred to this doctor by my daughters primary care physician. I was then refered to a different eye doctor because she was too young for their comfort. When I went to my new clinic they needed a referral from Dr. Iskanders office so that the insurance would cover her visit/surgery. When I called the office and spoke with a lady with a heavy accent she LAUGHED at me. She told me her job did not consist of getting referrals and that it was my responsability. I can't write referrals myself. It is the drs office that is supposed to send the referral. It turns out all this trouble was caused because the same lady gave the new clinic my wrong insurance information. When I told her that she began yelling at me and insisting it was my fault. I later hung up on her. Horrible horrible woman. I wish I knew her name but call and ask for the one that doesn't speak proper english.. that should point you in the right direction.
