The staff at Vision Source is very friendly yet professional. I hate to wait so, it is nice that my appointment always starts on time. They are very helpful when I ask questions and always take the time to answer them until I am satisfied. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you.

Wow, after reading the other reviews, I can't believe how similiar it sounds. Dr. Gonzalez rushed through the exam...ordered me the wrong prescription on both my glasses and contacts. I couldn't see out of my right eye. She performed another exam and admited it was the wrong prescription on my right eye. She sent them off and corrected the glasses and we tried my third pair of trial contacts. Contact were perfect so we ordered the contacts and when they came in, low and behold, I couldn't see out of my right eye. They were not the last prescription trial pair...she is refusing to correct them telling me that I just have to live with blurry vision in my right eye because I am getting older and the eye is just probably dry. SHOCKING! Apparently within the past two weeks, I have aged considerably...so much so that I can no longer wear contacts! I have been wearing contacts for 25 years and I have never had a doctor act this way. I can't see. It's like she doesn't understand how important vision is. I am going to have to pay out of pocket for another exam from someone else to correct this. MOVE ON! Find another place. I am telling you, you will regret it.

Suboptimal enviornment - not conducive to pt care and not very warm and welcoming - felt like we were a bother to them.
Staff and clinician could use an ounce of humility-
Looking for a different optometrist r/t poor customer service and relations !

I agree with the first person's review. It was right on the mark!
I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and never had such a bad experience. If I could give this doc minus stars I would. Dr. Gonzalez does rush through her examines; even when there is no one else in the waiting area. She got my prescription wrong 3 times and my husband 2 times. Keep in mind that it takes a couple of weeks for your glasses to come in because they use an outside lab. So, over a course of 3 months I had to go back to see her for re-examines and continue to wear my old glasses because they were better than what she prescribed. Each time I put on the new glasses I could tell the Rx was wrong. She didn't want to do anything about it then. Her excuse was to not put them on till the next morning because my eyes were use to wearing the old pair and to give it a week. Each time, that was her excuse. In all my years of wearing glasses, I have never been given that as an excuse. Finally, after the 3rd attempt I asked for my money back. She didn't refund all of it. She kept some for a "re-stocking fee". I ended up going to a different doc who took his time, got the Rx right on the first try, and discovered that I had dry eye. Please save yourself some stress and stay away!
