It is imperative that our facility maintains a safe environment for children entrusted in the care with our wonderful staff.
Extensive efforts are always made to work with a family experiencing discipline difficulties with a child. Management or staff is never in a position or profession to dictate the medical care a child may or may not receive.
Uncommonly, we must request a family to find alternative care for their child after efforts to resolve any issues have been exhausted. We recognize that lower class ratios than we are currently mandated by The Department of Family and Protective Services, might serve as a better alternative of care for the safety and security of a particular child, as well as those children around them.
Contrary to the accusation that “additional fees” were charged for this particular families care, among other financial considerations, registration was waived in order to better facilitate the economic needs of this family.
Unfortunately, social media becomes an avenue for disgruntled employees and families to seek retribution for their own personal reasons. It is our request that for an accurate depiction of the services we have provided, and continue to provide our families since 1999, you tour our facilities and review volumes of thank you and recommendation letters our facilities has received over the years.
We wish this family the best in their quest in finding a solution that better meets their family dynamic.

The "Director" Mary is a two faced, drama filled, space cadet who cares more about revenue and covering her own behind than her employees and their children. I used to work here and the pay is terrible and they provide no benefits whatsoever. After contracting pink eye from this facility and suffering from it for a week straight, I decided to call in one day after my lunch break saying I could not finish my shift/bus run because I could barely keep my eye open at this point. Mary the "Director" replied with no sympathy, "I really need you to do the bus run." Remind you, I could barely see out of one eye and she still wanted me to drive the bus with children on board!!!!! DO NOT WORK HERE and DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!

This is a horrible place to trust with your children! All they care about is making money. They do not care about your children or their well being. The teachers regularly ignore students and never seem very happy to be there. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your childcare needs.
