Poorly run place!! Couldn't just buy the tips for a cane because the pharmacy checkout cannot ring out

"Equipment" ($11 for 4!!) the pharmacist tried to ring me out but the young lady stopped him. I had already waited to checkout w/her & she had sent me to the other side. The pharmacist told that the only person who could check out the "medical equipment" was busy! I left. If you know that Saturday morning is going to be busy, train & hire more people. Put signs that indicates one line is for pharmacy purchases & one for "medical equipment ." Terrible customer service. Won't be back.

Champs has excellent sales associates that know their braces, compression stockings, mastectomy products and CPAP machines and supplies. They also go the extra step to measure you, what most other stores don't. They also repair on the spot instead of taking a month or longer on walkers. They guarantee the work as long as it is not due to negligence or abuse. They are great and are very knowledgeable about medical equipment and supplies.

The brakes on my sisters Walker have already been replaced one time since the water was bought. They were replaced in June 2015. Here it is 4 months later and they are broken again. Champs uses cheap materials on the brakes and the wheels of their walkers and does not cover them under warranty. I have already reported Champs to the Better Business Bureau back in June of this year and they never even bothered to communicate with the Better Business Bureau. They are not a member of the BBB but the report still goes in the BBB Business files. Here we are 4 months later and the brakes are broken on my sisters Walker again. They use cheap material that does not last very long and then they expect you to just keep replacing the parts over and over again. And of course, they expect to get paid each time they do this. I guess we look for another Walker but I'm going to look anywhere and everywhere except for Champs. It's bad enough their equipment is faulty but some of their staff are extremely rude. If you want nice stuff there, just get your prescriptions there.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Always have trouble with this company. My husband uses a cpap and I can not get his supplies for a new mask and headgear for about a month after I order it! He needs to sleep with this! They keep telling me that the insurance still has to approve it, but I had already received the approval letter from the insurance company! POOR customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Very fast and nice all the time a great pharmacy and super nice staff

I love this pharmacy!!!! All the rx techs are awesome! They have great prices and are super fast, its not your typical pharmacy where you have to wait like 1-2 hours for a prescriptions!! They even compound all kinds of stuff and extrodanarily fast! And all the pharmacy staff are good looking. I am now a loyal customer!

Find another company to assist you. I have worked with this company to get a lift chair, and either they didn't get the paperwork (it's been faxed to them 3 times) or they have to look into it and call me back. After a month, I'm still waiting for that call.
