Burger King

paid 14 dollars for two meals and this was a joke. menu board burgers are bigger than what u b actually recieve. called and complained and all I got was you got the right order. only thing the manager liz told me was she woulf make anote of it and tell corporate office to make the picture smaller...wow...great customer service. wont order from them again.

I went here and was greeted in the Drive Thru with broken English "Can I Help You?" No, Welcome to Burger King", nothing, when I dorve up to the window, the girl said the total, and was very quick to close the window, she was soooo rude! Yhen she gives me my order, no Thank You or anything, let me tell you, there wasnt anyone else in the drive thru and noone was in the restaurant. So, I live only one block away, after I paid $15 for a meal, I get home and its Cold, I mean, like it had been sitting there for quite a while. So, I call the store, ask for the manager, who was rude, by the way,

he said he was the manager, I told him about my experience, he said, "Im sorry, if you drive back now, I can replace the order", I told him that I was already eating the ice cold food, so he told me to come back and give his name and they would replace the order.I asked for his name, he said Steven, I asked for his last name and he said Steven, no last name, I asked if he was owned by St. Juste and he said yes, then hung up the phone, If you have read this far, then you know the horrible service and food that you will get by going here, St Juste and Burger King obviously dont care that this is the "best customer service" that they want to offer and portray.Think twice before visiting this franchise, because they just do not care.
