Daycare

HORRIBLE! I pulled my daughter from here last summer because for punishment they made the children run laps outside in 105 degree weather. My daughter was not wearing tennis shoes, so her shoes kept falling off and they yelled at her and told her to "Keep up". When I brought it to the attention of the director, she had no idea it had even happened. Wow....seems one of the teachers had anger issues and took it out on all of the children....and the director had no idea. Now, I am trying to get the total amount that I paid to this establishment, and their federal tax ID to file my income tax return, and they are refusing to give it to me. I have asked for the owners number as well, and they will not give that to me either. Wow....what a bunch of monkeys!

Believe me if I could put less than one star I would. I ask all parents to please consider sending your child to a different facility. This daycare does not take care of their children properly. I had an incident occur just last week that forced me to pull my child from there. My son is only 5 it was his third day there with them and they lost him. I went to go pick him up and upon arrival his class was seated in the front of the building. I knew right away my son was not there. Both teachers called for him and still no answer from my son. One teacher and I looked in the bathroom close by and he was not in there. We walked out of the building pass the playground area and into another building completely! I noticed before walking in that the lights were off since they were getting ready to lock it up for the night. When we walked in there was no adults in there. My son was in that bathroom. I of course talked to both the director and owner. And they basically told me that the teacher must have gotten too comfortable in her position and was not doing her logs when entering and leaving the room. PLEASE PARENTS DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE! There is no excuse for what happened and this should NEVER happen with people who you pay to watch your child.

I love this daycare, they are very nice and very helpfull.They have taken care of my daughter for about 6 months and i have nothing bad to say about them.My daughter actually loves the teachers at bright kids.They take of my daughter as she is there kid.
