DO NOT DO IT!!! Just don't. You may be thinking 'oh there's a few good reviews, a few bad ones, over all probably fine', but please just DON'T! We moved halfway across Texas and thought the same thing. We were unfortunate enough to have no where else to go and had to sign onto the lease before we could get a really good look at the apartment and just upon move in here's what we found: Dishwasher did not work and had roaches in it. Stove did not work. The balcony was actually ROTTING and we could STEP THROUGH IT! Two of three toilets did not flush properly, the balcony door was half a door to the closet, lights were out all over the place, it was not cleaned before we arrived, and so on. It was a night mare. There was a roach problem, there was mold on the bathrooms, and none of the blinds downstairs worked or fit properly to the windows.



We went up there and immediately demanded them to fix these issues. They have proven themselves time and again to be very good at talking to you, but their maintenance team is the problem. They do not walk apartments before you move in, and they do not clean them. When you submit a work order it can take three weeks to six months! to see something done about. They will lie to your face about what the problem is and will refuse to get anything done. Select workers are earnest and very over worked. The issue here is that they mark things done before they are done and have way to limited a staff for the hundred and something apartment on site! FOUR TO SIX STAFFED MAINTENANCE PEOPLE!



Please understand me when I say I am a very patient and understanding person. I don't need top of the line stuff, I just need the things I have to WORK! And for my maintenance requests to be completed in a timely manner. Don't ever expect them to actually call you back. Ever. Unless it's to collect their money. And don't ever expect an honest answer from them. At any time. Ever.



This has not just been my experience though. EVERYONE I have talked to about the complex who currently lives there has had the EXACT same trouble. Things not working when they arrived, trouble with the maintenance people, just please DON'T SUPPORT THIS PROPERTY! GO ANY WHERE ELSE! (And this applies to anything on Cinnamon Creek Drive.)

I love it here. I have a three bedroom,three bathroom and it is very large. The office workers are very nice to me and my kids.
