        This company made it rather ea...

        This company made it rather easy to sign up and gave a pretty competitive rate, however once I found a better rate they were not willing to budge at all. At this point I didn't mind after all they did go above and beyond to get my policy active on the date that I needed it. So I decided to cancel my policy and this is when the problems started. They attempted to debit my bank account countless number of times even though I cancelled my account. I have received several calls and informed each person that my account was closed and even provided them with an agent ID and confirmation of my original cancellation. I spoke with a receptionist and she became very rude on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this company due to poor customer service. Save yourself from the inconvenience!!!
