Our home warranty called them in and I was worried because my husband has copd and emphysema, so a/c is critically important to us! Jason was on time, had the part and got us up and running the same day! Thanks for your professionalism, promptness and for carrying the part with you! :)

My home warrenty company set us up with this ass clowns last week. The tech came to my house on jan 6 to look at my a.c. unit and told us it was a bent squirrel cage and that was what was causing everything in my house to vibrate. The tech also told us that he would be back on monday the 9th to swap out the old cage for the new one. My wife had to call them monday to find out what time the tech was comming back out, Only to be told that the tech that came out on friday had gone on vacation for the week, and that he did not turn in any paper work. So Tuesday a secound tech came out to get the information for the new squirrel cage so that they could order it. and that they would be back on wednesday to replace it. Again my wife had to call and find out what time they would be their. And again they told us that the part they picked up was damanged so they had to get a secound one and that they would be out on thursday. Well this morning we get an email from are home warrenty company saying that they denied the claim because these ass clowns told them that the cage was rusting and falling apart, and that is why it's vibrating.
So I called both companys and talked to them, and the home warrenty company stated that the ass hats sent pics and a report. When I asked for them to send me the pics they said no that I had to get them from the ass hats that took them. So I called so named ass hats and asked how they could go from ordering the part needed to them denieing the claim in less then 24 hours. and ya'll can guess what they said.

Buyer beware. This company is bad. Bad service, bad support, and they lie too. Cannot be trusted to fix it right or do what they say they will do. Try to get help with service problems? Ha, what a joke, office staff can't and won't do anything and management won't take a call. Stay away, far, far away.

Only reason they got 1 star is that you can't give them zero.

If I could do negative stars I would. This company is the worst in San Antonio. They are very very rude, they lie, unreliable and just stupid. How they are still in business I don't know. BBB here I come.

First American Home Buyers sent AF AC out because my AC was not cooling. The technician came and fixed it. Soon after we left the house and were gone for about 12 hours. When we returned, I stepped into my dining room and stepped into a huge puddle of water. I looked up and it was coming from the ceiling where my AC unit happens to sit! I immediately called FAHB to report what happened, I was told it was not their responsibility. So I called AF air conditioning. The same technician came out apologized and said he did something wrong that caused the leak. When he was done, he was just going to walk out I asked him about the damage to my ceiling. He said he would get back with me. I waited two days and didn't hear anything. I sent an email to AF AC telling them what happened. The same day, the same tech came back to take pictures so they could fix it. Never heard from them again and my ceiling is STILL NOT FIXED!

There should be a negative stars or at least zero stars. Our warranty company sent them outo. It was the motor on out blower. They tooknow the entire blower, motor and mounts. We haven't heard back from them. We have called and emailed them several times and still nothing.

Owner is very dishonest and will try to scam you for payment when he has already been paid. We were sent to AFAC by our Home Warranty Company. I will be addressing the issues directly to the Home Warranty Company when the fix is complete, but waiting for now hoping they will actually finish the installation of the condenser. After bad diagnosis, we were finally able to get approval for them to replace the condenser. The problem is that the owner called it in to do us a favor.... then he called us back and told us that they denied the replacement, that the fix would be $3700 (almost 2x the normal price) and that he could be out in a few minutes to complete it, but we would need to pay him $2200 up front for the cost the warranty company would not cover. Come to find out, they had told him they would cover it and our share would be $24. We only found that out because we got a message from the warranty company telling us so. I guess their phone call ruined his little scam. -5 stars

This entire company is absolutely worthless... even calling them a company almost makes me sick. They ran us around in circles for 2+ days and got nothing acconplished. Never even saw a technician out at our house.

There needs to be a negative star in here! Dishonest, unprofessional and plan worthless. First American warranty assigned these folks to me for emergency service well 5 days later I had to call them! Thought I was gullible enough to give them $175 to clean my Ac that wasn't dirty ! Long story short lied and told warranty company my Ac unit was clogged 90%! Big Liar! Run for the hills.

Is there a "zero" star? This AC company was hired by First American Home Warranty. We had no choice. 16 DAYS LATER, no AC!
They have been paid a $65 service call fee, and $475 for a part that they replaced, but put in wrong, therefore they broke it. Whatever the case is, we have paid them, yet not had AC for 16 days and counting....this could go 19 days? In August!

They were sent to us from our home warranty company First American. Pete Rodriguez Service Manager/CoOwner lied to us from the beginning 2 techs Mike & Jeremy installed units on June 2 2wks later June 15 Kevin Smith comes out finishes job Than the harassment started from Pete Unit was freezing up & leaking I called home warranty They had no idea any of this was going on First American & I were calling Air Force no one answered no one returned messages or emails Tech Kevin Smith Iet freon out he said he had to release some so it could defrost Then he goes an cuts the power line We call Pete to let him know his response was U help me I'll help u Call the bank have them release the check and I'll have someone out there tonight Home warranty told them to bring back our old unit and take their equipment back July 2 Pete comes told him bring my old unit than he could take his He said he would be back July 5 Were still waiting for our old unit DO NOT call this company for AC repairs

I had 3 technicians give me 3 different diagnosis, I have been without AC going on 10 days. They don't return calls, they tell you one thing they tell the Home warranty something else. I spoke to to Pete the supervisor, he stated he was going to check the invoice he would call me back in 10 minutes, 4 hours later I am still waiting. The home warranty did not want to repair my AC because of what these incompetent technician told them. Finally I convinced the Home warranty this company was wrong. They are sending a 2nd company for a 2nd opinion. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, they will cause you lots of stress and will get nothing done.

These people lie and are not skilled to perform air conditioning repairs. I had 8 different technicians at my house over a week and a half to replace 1 compressor. They will never call you and lied to me about the status of the replacement compressor. I was told "as long as UPS ships us the compressor on time, we can install in time." I was even told by Tiffany that she hung up with UPS on my compressor and it should be there by 5:00 PM. When I researched, my home warranty company gave Carrier AC the PO needed so AF AC could pick up at the office in SA. I called Carrier directly and asked if they had the part in stock, along with the ability to release it to AF AC. They confirmed. When I called AF AC back to ask them what the bologna was about UPS, they had no answers and put me on hold. If you need an AC fixed, you're better off avoiding these guys.

Very dissatisfied with this company. They are very unreliable. Josh and some other young guy did not keep his word on what day they would be out to fix my AC. I took a day off of work last Friday (which is not easy for me to do). They came out late Friday and said they would be back Saturday to fix. They did NOT show up Saturday and did not even call. Then they call me Monday saying they will be there in 30 minutes. Uhhh don't these people know most of us work a M-F job!!! I made myself available all day Friday and all weekend. They did not keep their word. I called twice to speak to their supervisor and left messages. Nobody has called me back as of yet. I got another company to come out and fix my AC. Unless you do not work and have no life outside of your house I do not recommend using this unprofessional, unreliable stupid company.

We were given Air Force A/C and heating from our home warranty, First American. We as always look for reviews and found Air Force A/C and heating, San Antonio, to have very bad reviews. So, we decided to wait and see for ourselves. Air Force A/C called us on Thursday afternoon and gave us a service appointment for Friday the next day between 9 and 5pm. They arrived around 1:30pm. The two young men, Josh and Callen, were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found our a/c problem right away and fixed it, as well as checking everything else out to make sure we had no other problems. They explained everything they were doing as they went. We are very happy with them and will use Air Force A/C again.

My experience with this company was a nightmare. This company is unreliable, very unprofessional, don't answer office phone ,or return calls. I was referred to them by they warranty company that covers this rental home. after someone going out on the 17th of June it took me 3 weeks to get a evaluation report from them. I was pawned off to one employee to another just to try to get this report, promised time after time I would receive repot by the end of the day and never did, and that was when someone answered their phone. when realtor made a visit to the rental property there was water leaking from a/c down to wall and floor carpet, Now we have to deal with other issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away

This company is unreliable and not trustworthy. They failed to fix my A/C unit and refused to return calls after the fact. The company that came to my house after them said that they improperly repaired and diagnosed the issue with my unit. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Highly disappointed - do not use this company.

They have stood us up twice, both times I took time off from work and they simply did not show up. Lady on the phone laughed it off when I expressed that I was frustrated about it. So very unprofessional!! And worse yet, they do not care!
