My name is Stephani and I'm a licensed massage therapist in the Salt Lake area. I gear every massage to the needs of my client and the massage can change every time. I work therapuetically with deep pressure moving very slowly. That means in addition to relaxing, my goal is to help you increase your general health and help a specific issue. I use deep tissue and injury recovery in addition to other styles of massage to help my client.

I use deep tissue massage along with positional release, shiatsu, tuina, and other styles of massage to help with injury recovery, increase healing time, improve range of motion and circulation, pain management, and stress relief.
