I recently purchased a refrigerator with them, and when we got home and plugged it in, it didn't work. $1000 dollars wasted and they don't want to give us our money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They're a scam. I wished I read the reviews before buying from them but I saw them on KSL and didn't think twice in doing more research. I honestly don't know how much they have gotten away scamming other people. This place needs to be shut down!!!

Stay away from USA Appliances.. total scam company. REFUSED to release my merchandise and when I filed a complaint with my credit card company... they totally lied and said I never picked up. BUYER BEWARE... Stay away from this scam

Do not use this company!! They are a scam! We bought a dishwasher from them and a stove. The Stove works great. However the dishwasher immediately started having problems. After a month of having the dishwasher and having issues it finally quit working all together. The controls on it flashed and it wouldn't reset so my bf called and they said we would have to bring it in to get repaired. Since that is their policy on their 90 day Warranty. Well we brought it in and was told we would get an answer on what was wrong with it in 2 to 3 days. Never heard from them so my by called and they said they were testing the dishwasher and would have an answer after a week of being without a dish washer and no word as to what was wrong with it my bf called again. They said it was the computer board and they would have to order one in and that could take 4 to 5 days. It happened to be around a holiday so we waited a week and we were told the part hadn't shown up that they weren't sure when it would arrive but they would let us know. We waited a couple more days and had to call to see what was happening. They FINALLY said that it came in we waited and waited for them to say it was done and working with several calls and no result 2 weeks later we got our dishwasher back. After we got it home and resintalled it, it worked for about a week and started having the exact same issues AGAIN! This time my bf googled what was wrong with it, it said to unplug the computer board so my bf opened the panel to get to the computer board (which the panel had several screws missing and broken pieces they screwed it to) he also said it didn't look like it had been changed out but we weren't sure since we didn't try that before. Well he unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked for a day. Feed up, we called them to tell them it was having the same issue so they told us to bring it in again. My bf UNINSTALLED the dishwasher and brought it back. This time they had it a week and told us it was only a loose screw! Our Warranty had a couple days left on it by the time we got it back, so I'm sure that's why they have held onto it for so long. Well we brought it home and immediately it wouldn't work. So we UNINSTALLED it again and brought it back in furious with them and demanded they give us a refund or get us a new dishwasher. They told us they don't give refunds and that they would contact their upper management and let us know if they would exchange it. We have waited 2 weeks to hear from them if they would exchange it and said they can't get a hold if the manager. We have called endless amount of times screaming at them from frustration at paying 450 dollars for a OLD dishwasher that doesn't even work and has been in their shop longer than its worked since we have had it!!! All they have done is give us the run around and still no dishwasher!! They don't care about their customers or about the products they sell. They are crooks! I would stay far away!!!!

This place was by far the worse place i have ever bought from!! I had bought a fridge from this place it was kind of pricey but it was my first fridge i have ever bought upon taking it home and getting into my kitchen as soon as we dropped it off the dolly dozen of roaches came running out!! I called that USA appliance and told them and they still refused to give us our money back and the fridge didnt even work! Beware of this store they will rip you off!!!!!
