Scott Hale Plumbing Heating & Air

Had them come out for sewer line blockage. They scoped the line, and saw a few issues with it. Little Alladin qouted me $30,000 to fix it. I Laughed and told him NO. Fast forward a month later, came home to them setting up barricades around my property. They were about to dig up my whole yard without my permission. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

They charged my great grandparents, who are in their 90s, $830 to install two faucets. My grandparents purchased the faucets from Home Depot. The job took 1.5 hours. These people are preying on elderly people.
We spoke with the manager and he said they received a $100 discount because they were a loyal customer. Could you imagine paying $930 for someone to install 2 faucets??

This company was referred to me by a friend. My call to them was answered promptly and professionally by a real person who listened to my plumbing problem which I felt needed a quick response. They arrived very soon thereafter. My plumber Mike Hansen was impeccable in diagnosing the problem, communicating the process needed to fix the problem and finishing the job at the quote given. He wore shoes protectors inside and cleaned the work area completely.

We needed to have our hook up for our washer and dryer replaced. Mike Hansen came out and did a fabulous job. He went over and beyond when he had to. We will definitely use Scott hale again.

2 days after they left, the drain clogged again and they told me I would have to pay for their services a 2nd time, no guarantee of their initial work. I called another plumber who cleared the drain and showed me all the junk Scott Hale failed to remove from the drain. Their cost to clean a drain line seemed excessive to me. However they were professional, polite and prompt with their initial visit.

I have used this company for twenty years. I spent nearly $10,000 with them last year. This summer I had a flood. Their plumber came and gave me an outrageous bid to fix something. He also clearly altered the sprinkler system to deceive me and make it look like something terrible was wrong. The bid was over $1,400. I had it fixed a few days later by A1 plumbing for $120. I was a good customer. I trusted this company. They have turned into a company that looks for ways to cheat and deceive. I called and told the person answering the phone what happened never heard a word back. Shame on you Scott Hale. I will never refer another person to you.
