Lazy Service

The worst company ever. We supposedly pay for a private security company with our HOA dues, but after getting broken into 3 times in 2 months I called to complain about the security. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes I get disconnected, and when I call back Im told they "stepped away from their desk". Clearly dodging the issue. Stay far away from this company. Nothing but incompetence. All they want is their paycheck they don't care about their service.

Told us they would work with me on my credit my score is a 562 and yet with out even goijg over things they tell me they wont rent to any one under 600 credit score they said they would work with me in order to collect 70 in application fees they didnt even gobover possibilitys they absolutly said know and my total dept on my credit is under 1700 and monthly payments are being made to pay off any debt not worth the time or money disrespect is high with these guys i wouldnt recomend to any one

Two years ago this company began to manage the condo community I live in. I requested that my porch be painted since the paint on the wood had worn out and in some spots there was bare wood.The wood was slowly getting ruined by exposure to the weather. A woman named Heather Peck promised that someone would come out to paint it.



Two years later and the porch is still not painted. They increased our condo fees by $30 per month but decreased the basic services? They also charge an extra yearly fee ranging form $250-$500.



I also informed Heather of a problem with the water run off from my roof. It ran into the water well.



Today we had a monster storm and my basement was flooded.



No one answers their emergency number. I get put on hold and it disconnects after one minute.



I knew the name of one employee named Tanner Blackburn. I found his facebook page and informed him of the difficult I was experiencing contacting someone with an emergency. He responded that since I contacted him via Facebook that he would not help me.



If it rains again tonight I will have major flooding in my basement.



If Heather had done her job two years ago this would have never have happened. Now the problem can get worse because little Tanner Blackburn is inconvenienced that I bothered him on Facebook. Wow, I would hate it if my flood interrupted him chatting on social media.



Every year PMS charges us extra money to cover services. I never receive any services. They also hiked out monthly fee by about $30. I just sent an extra $250 t6hat they imposed on us.



But the pot holes are not fixed. The water still runs off my roof into my basement. My porch will never get painted. At least I am putting some dollars into the pockets of the owner, John Holland.

As a board member, I have been extremely satisfied with service your company has given our association. Our current manager, Bret Lacey, has been extremely professional, more than willing to help with anything asked of him and completes any tasks in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better manager.

This is a horrible comany, absolutely not professional, complete absence of managerial and human skills. Never responde to you untill it is absolutelu critical situation, never help you with any of your problmes, charge rediculous fees and on top of that giving you abusive advices. This company should be taken out of business for not complaying to BBB standards. They do absolutelu nothing and charge you extremely expensive fees. All this negative reviews should be sent to BBB to declare them and take them out of buisness, because they are distroying human lifes and that is what they good at. Avoid them, run away from them, tell your friends to not have any business with them. Write your opinion to the newspaper, to management magazines to get rid of this company, it is a shame to pay money to so lazy, incompetent, deceiving service.I was trying to submit it, but it asks for rating, it is NEGATIVE rating for this company, less than zero!

Huge fees, lazy service

These guys placed a FELON (car thief) in my property without my knowledge and left me hanging with a HUGE repair bill when I discovered extensive damages. This the most INCOMPETENT organization I have dealt with in my 20 as a landlord. STAY AWAY!!

What a company!

I am a homeowner in an association ran by PMS and I have had the best experiences with them. Not only are they responsive to my needs, they are friendly and courteous. I hope that the rest of you have your HOA managed by this company. If not, you're missing out.

Poor After Sales Service

The company was quick and efficient at closing the deal and signing us to a contract. Brilliant start, but then, we encountered a problem...an electrical appliance broke and needed to be replaced, this took 5 weeks. 5 weeks without a microwave it was like camping (old style). I expressed my frustration to the leasing dept and received no repsonse.



Next problem...leaking in the basement, everywhere...after 3 days when they finally realised it was a big problem, another 2 days later the leasing manager makes an appearance, I thought this was poor.



Common sense has alluded the customer service aspect in my opinion for example, arranging contractors to visit the house at 8.30pm (when we have 2 young children).



Overall, I got the impression they didn't really care what we were going through, they have no concept of managing peoples expectations, and we should put up or shut up.

I do not recommend this company at all. They are very unprofessional, rude and will take as much of your money as possible. They take long to make repairs to the units and at time of move out they will tack on as many charges and fees as possible. I was living without light in my kitchen for months before they made the repairs necessary. I would recommend staying away from this company at all costs but if you have no option at all take pictures, keep receipts, record the phone calls to them, and make copies of everything because they will try to charge you for as much as they can. They are very inconsistent and bureaucratic.
