        Overall

        As a part owner of a small security company we used Peak Alarm to monitor our security accounts and they were always professional and called us back to follow up on every issue.



        Peak Alarm now has over 270 employees and has been in business for over 45 years. Peak Alarm has an A+ rating on with the Better Business bureau. There are always two sides to every story although I recently spoke with the President of Peak Alarm and he told me that they have reviewed these comments and are striving to make changes to work with customers in the most reasonable ways possible. I now work for Peak Alarm but it is true that we used Peak for monitoring and Peak has recently made several changes to improve their customer service.
