hated it!! they are rude and after THREE visits, two of them taking over two hours for a root canal, absolutely torturous, painful and just plain miserable..... and I hurt worse than before ever going in... the entire area hurts, I cant bite down on the side of my mouth I had the root canal... its been almost three weeks.. obviously something is wrong and Eric Larson did not perform the procedure correctly. As if all of that isn't bad enough, Dr. Eric Larson is rude, rough and has an attitude as though he is annoyed, as though he is put out by HAVING to provide the care... UGH!! Oh and the front desk, phone, secretary lady... Ewww, she's a real gem, a precious gift from.... By this I mean she is a beast, curt, rude, entitled to treat patients like they owe her something... I'd rate a big fat ZERO stars if it were an option..
