Brown Floral

We had a terrific experience with Brown Floral in putting together two arrangement for my aunt's funeral. Since I do not live locally, I put my trust in Tracey and Abby to create arrangements based on my instructions via telephone. We have a large family and wanted one arrangement from the nieces and nephews and the other from the siblings. My aunt was particular in terms of the flowers she did not like in arrangements so Brown Floral made sure not to include them. Tracey provided ideas on how best to identify that the arrangements were from the nieces and nephews by using ribbons and glittered words. She also suggested creating a European garden basket from the siblings. This way the immediate family could separate the smaller pots and take them home. I had additional questions regarding our order and had to make a second phone call. This time I spoke with Abby. She was familiar with our order and I was impressed that Tracey explained to Abby about our budget and the specific flowers we did not want in the arrangements. Abby answered all of my questions and assured me that each instruction would be met. I made plans with Abby to pick up the arrangements first thing on the morning of the funeral. Although she and Tracey were not there when the store opened, the staff who was there was very nice and helped complete cards for each arrangement. When she brought out the spray from the back, I broke down in tears. Brown Floral did such an amazing job! The arrangement was so full and beautiful. The European Garden basket was equally beautiful. The immediate family took the the basket home to enjoy them. My family really loved each of the arrangements and I could not be more grateful for Tracey and Abby and the rest of the staff for the work they did on our arrangements.

My family used to be customers of Mildred's for a very long time. So it was a challenge to find a decent flower shop. I had success with Flower Box, which later became Brown Floral. I send flowers home for Mother's Day, Christmas, and funerals. From my recent experience, I plan to use Brown Floral all the time. The customer service is amazing!! They are friendly, polite and very professional. Thank you Tracey and Abby!!
