I decided to go to Dr. Kass to receive Restylane in my lips. More than anything I wanted to go to a doctor who did the injections himself, rather than using an esthetician or nurse. Two of my friends go to him, and they are always very happy with their results. I was able to get in a few weeks after I called for a consult, and received treatment same day. Dr. Kass was very patient and very gentle and explained everything to me. My lips looking AMAZING! I wish I had done this sooner. There was very little pain, and swelling went away in a day or so. My lips look soft and sultry, just what I wanted! Dr. Kass and his staff of dolls are true sweethearts!

As a teenager, I did not take care of my skin. I wore too much make up and never wore sun screen. I was extremely self-conscious of my skin, I felt like I looked like I’m I was in my 50s, and I’m really in my early 30s. I came across Dr. Kass on Realself, and saw the wonderful results from his Croton Oil Peel. I was able to get in quickly to see him for a consultation. Dr. Kass was very honest with me about my skin, and I appreciated it. With his guidance and expertise, we both agreed a skin regimen to condition the skin, followed by a Croton Oil peel was necessary to get me to my desired results. I started the obagi kit with tretinoin and within a week I was already seeing a difference in my skin. A few weeks later I had my peel. I had no pain, and peeled fairly quickly. I just saw Dr. Kass for my 6 month checkup. I am extremely pleased to say that I look like a new woman! My skin looks soft and supple. The aging sunspots are gone from my cheeks, nose and forehead. Dr. Kass has given me back my self-esteem and made me realize how important skin care truly is. I couldn’t be happier with my results and wish I had only made this decision earlier!

I came to Dr. Kass for under eyelid surgery for eye bags. He suggested that I also do a fat transfer from my belly to my cheeks. He said what I also needed was more volume in the cheeks and in the under eye hollows in addition to removing eye bags and it would make a tremendous difference in rejuvenating my whole face versus having eye bags treatment alone. I went home and discussed this with my husband and we agreed that that the fat transfer would make a huge difference on me. I was able to get in for my procedure about a week later. I had very minor bruising and swelling, but my results are amazing! I look so refreshed and supple and I know now that it would have been a mistake to do the lower eyelids alone. Dr. Kass knew exactly what I needed and took the time to discuss it with me. Thank goodness that I listened to his advice! I’m so grateful to him and I am so glad that I found him and his awesome staff!

After 40 years of teaching, I had finally retired and decided to do something for myself. I came to see Dr. Kass about my eyelids; they were starting to droop and causing me to look tired and angry all the time. I met with Dr. Kass twice, and I knew from the first visit that I wanted him to do my surgery. He was very open and honest with me and answered all of my questions. His office staff was great to work with and always so pleasant whenever I called. My surgery was only about an hour long and recovery was a piece of cake. Dr. Kass surpassed my expectations and the outcome of my surgery was exactly what I wanted. My only regret is that I didn’t come and see Dr. Kass sooner!

I just finished my last treatment of Silikon with Dr. Kass. I started seeing him about a year ago and started this whole process. I wanted something permanent in my lips to make them fuller, but I didn’t want to have surgery. That’s when I found Dr. Kass on google. I read about Silikon 1000, and that it was a permanent filler he was injecting. I was worried that I wasn’t going to be able to get in for an appointment as quickly as I wanted too; however, his office staff surprised me when they explained that they offered night hours monthly and I was able to get in the same week! By taking my time in between treatments, it allowed me to look more natural and not overfilled and completely fake. I’ve sent 2 of my friends to see him and they both agreed, he’s the best!

After much research and several consults, I am happy to report that I am so please with the results from eyelid surgery and fat transfer! My cheeks are contoured exactly how I wanted them to be and I look so much more youthful under my eyes. I didn’t really understand the benefits of fat transfer until Dr. Kass explained it to me. And I am so glad that he did! I feel and I look like I am in my 20’s again. It is just unreal to me the amount of compliments that I’ve been receiving! Dr. Kass has truly worked wonders on me. The staff has made this process a pleasant experience and the surgery was a breeze.

I recently saw a commercial for Botox for migraines, which I have been experiencing more than I would like too. For those of you who have never had one, consider yourself lucky, it can be unbearable. I immediately did a google search for the Botox for migraines and Dr. Kass’ website popped up. I called and got in as soon as I could. He explained to me that he treated many patients for this, and that it was quite common. I gave his office staff my insurance information and within a week they were able to get the Botox for my treatment. Dr. Kass did warn me that it can take up to 3 weeks for the Botox to take its full effect. I had my first injection over a month ago and I can say I haven’t had one migraine! It’s a relief to know that there is help out there for those of us that suffer from this. Anyone dealing with these should contact Dr. Kass immediately, he is a miracle worker!

I heard about Dr. Kass from my friend’s mother. She has seen him many times for Botox, and said he would be able to help me with my under eye bags. I took her advice and made an appointment with him. Dr. Kass and his staff were all so friendly and helpful. He gave me realistic expectations and understood how I felt about the bags. They made me look and feel older than I was. Shortly after meeting with Dr. Kass I scheduled my surgery. The procedure went as smooth as could be, and I had no pain or complaints. Of course there was bruising and swelling, but it went away fast. (Follow Dr. Kass’ office staff advice on post-operative care, it really helped me!!) I just saw Dr. Kass for my 4 month post op, and I am thrilled with my results! Everyone keeps telling me how refreshed I look, and they ask what I’ve done! I look natural and youthful. Dr. Kass gave me back my pleasant appearance!
