Rush Hour Chicken & Waffles

I saw the sign chicken and waffles and pulled in to the plaza...the chicken wings are cooked to order and were outstanding. We also tried the spicy shrimp which has a Louisiana taste. They had a great pound cake and an outstanding secret punch. I can't. Wait to go back and try the greens and yams. The restaurant is clean. Its definitely somewhere I will return and try more items on the menu and tell friends about.

I was craving that southern tradition of chicken and waffles and Rush Hour delivered! From the fluffy Nd crispy Belgian waffle to the corn meal breaded and tender chicken wings, the dish was a perfect culinary blend. Topped with a little maple syrup and this southern girl was in heaven. I also tried the fried green tomatoes which came with a buttery savory sauce that was a surprising compliment to the tart and tender tomatoes. Thank you Rush for satisfying my southern cravings! We'll be back.
